超高品位铁精矿煤基直接还原实验研究

【摘要】 本研究以无烟煤为还原剂,对铁品位为71.87%的铁精矿煤基直接还原进行了研究,结果表明:在1000~1100℃范围内,随还原温度升高,还原产物金属化率逐渐增大。但当温度高于1075℃时,继续提高温度,产物金属化率增幅不大,适宜的还原温度应为1075℃;在相同还原温度下,随还原时间延长,金属化率逐渐增大,适宜的还原时间应为5h;在1075℃条件下还原5h,直接还原铁金属化率可达95.7%。还原用煤中添加Ca O可抑制煤中硫元素向直接还原铁中迁移,当其添加量为2.5%时,产物中硫含量由0.023%降低到0.017%。实验条件下的直接还原铁金属化率高,杂质含量少,可作为冶炼高纯净钢的基料。

【Abstract】 The coal-based direct reduction of iron concentrate with an iron grade of 71.87% was investigated. The results showed that in the temperature range of 1000~1100℃,the metallization rate of direct reduction iron(DRI) increased with the reduction temperature. When the temperature was over 1075℃, the metallization rate increased little with the increasing temperature. The metallization rate of DRI also increased with the reduction time at the reduction temperature of 1100℃. The reasonable reduction temperature and time is 1075℃ and 5 h respectively. Under this reduction condition, the metallization rate of DRI can reach 95.7% adding Ca O can inhibit the migration of sulfur from coal into DRI. When the amount of Ca O was 2.5%, the content of sulfur in the DRI decreased from 0.023% to 0.017%. The DRI with high metallization rate and low impurity content can be used as the base material for smelting high purity steel.
