还原气氛和温度对Fe2O3还原粘结强度的影响

【摘要】 本文以非高炉炼铁中竖炉炉料还原粘结现象及其定量化表征为应用背景,采用H2和CO还原块状Fe2O3,提出以剪切强度来表征还原过程中粘结的强度的方法。探究了还原气氛和温度对粘结强度的影响规律。实验结果表明:还原温度越高,粘结强度越大,最高可达79MPa;H2气氛下还原样品的粘结强度大于CO气氛下的还原样品,但粘结样品的韧性小于后者。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the application background are the sticking phenomenon in the reduction process of shaft furnace of non-blast furnace ironmaking and its quantitative characterization. The reduction of bulk Fe2O3 with H2 and CO is proposed, and the method of characterizing the strength of sticking in reduction process is proposed. The influence of reducing atmosphere and temperature on the sticking strength is investigated. The experimental results show that the higher the reduction temperature, the greater the sticking strength, the highest up to 79 MPa. The sticking strength of the reduced sample in H2 atmosphere is larger than that in CO atmosphere, but the toughness of the bonded sample is smaller than that of the latter.
