微波联合助剂作用下高硫煤中有机硫的变迁行为研究

【摘要】 高硫煤中有机硫的变迁行为研究是高硫煤清洁利用技术的关键和脱硫技术的难点。本文以南桐煤(NTC)与莱钢煤(LGC)为高硫煤样,借助NaOH与H2O2助剂进行微波脱硫实验,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP)和红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)对高硫煤中有机硫的物相转变、官能团含量变化进行检测分析。结果表明:含硫物相宏观转变过程中,有机硫转化为硫化铁、硫酸盐,制约了脱硫率提升;含硫官能团微观变迁过程中,-S-S-具备良好的微波响应能力,而S=O是提升脱硫率的关键要素;此外,助剂中NaOH与H2O2比例为1∶4时脱硫效果最佳,为工业脱硫工艺提供技术借鉴。
【Abstract】 The transformation of organic sulfur in coal under solvent-assisted microwave irradiation was investigated via X-ray diffraction(XRD), Inductively coupled plasma(ICP) and Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR). It was found that a certain amount of organic sulfur in Nantong coal(NTC) and Laigang coal(LGC) was transformed into iron sulfide, sulfate and sulfur-containing gas while some kinds of sulfur compound dissolved. In the two kinds of coal, the retention proportion of the three typical sulfur-containing functional groups lists as: S=O >-S-H->-S-S-. Moreover, the 1:4 ratio of Na OH and H2 O2 was the optimum condition for the removal of organic sulfur in both Nantong coal and Laigang coal.
