球团矿三维结构重构及表征研究

【摘要】 本文基于序列切片-三维重建法提出了一种球团矿三维结构表征方法。通过对球团矿微观结构的三维重建,分析了球团矿矿物在三维空间的形貌结构和分布特征。结果表明,球团矿不同区域的矿物分布状态不同。该球团主要矿相为互连较好的赤铁矿,磁铁矿含量较少。球团矿的良好抗压强度与互连赤铁矿良好的连接程度密切相关。
【Abstract】 A new analysis method based on the serial sectioning and three-dimensional(3 D) reconstruction has been developed for characterization of pellet three dimensional structures. The morphology and spatial distribution of the minerals in the three-dimensional space are analyzed by the 3 D reconstruction of the iron ore pellet. The results show the morphology and spatial distributions of different minerals varied with the different positions. The pellet contained a large amount of hematite and a small amount of magnetite. The interconnection state of the hematite was quite good. The good compressive strength of the pellet significantly related to its good interconnection hematite.
