基于数据通信网关的CSP轧机二级系统在线升级改造

【摘要】 经过多年来的技术发展,我国在薄板坯连铸连轧技术领域取得了许多令人瞩目的技术成就,但在在装备和自动化技术的国产化方面进展缓慢。许多较早引进的薄板坯连铸连轧生产线控制系统的软硬件老化,模型设定精度不高,已经严重制约了产品的档次和质量进一步提升。本文以马钢CSP轧机二级系统改造项目为背景,介绍一套基于数据通信网关的薄板坯连铸连轧二级控制系统软硬件整体升级方案。考虑薄板坯连铸连轧生产线在生产组织方面的刚性非常强,将改造风险降至最低,本方案无需专门的停产改造时间,新旧系统可并行运行、在线分步切换。改造后的系统在产品质量上得到了全面的提升,从根本上解决了现场技术人员多年来在模型维护方面的欠缺,为今后控制系统不断适应品种规格拓展提供了技术保障,非常具有推广意义。

【Abstract】 After years of technological development,China has made many remarkable achievements in the field of thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology,but it has made slow progress in the localization of equipment and automation technology.For many imported thin slab continuous casting and rolling lines,due to the aging of software and hardware and the low precision of model setting,the improvement in product quality and quality has been limited.Based on the L2 system upgrade project of Masteel CSP rolling mill,this paper introduces a hardware and software whole upgrade plan of the L2 control system of thin slab continuous casting and rolling mill based on data communication gateway.Consideration in the organization of production of rigid thin slab continuous casting and rolling production line is very strong,and reduce the risk of transformation,the scheme does not need special time to stop production,and the old and new systems can be operated in parallel and switched online step by step.The new system has been comprehensively improved in product quality,and fundamentally solved the lack of technical maintenance of field technicians over the years.In the future,the control system can adapt to the variety,specification,development,and is of great promotional significance.
