Al2O3/SiO2对铝硅酸盐渣系硫容量的影响

【摘要】 针对大量使用高铝矿必然造成高炉渣高Al2O3的特点,使得高炉渣系由硅酸盐渣系向铝酸盐渣系转变。本文在1773K(1500℃)条件下利用渣铁平衡研究了Al2O3/SiO2(A/S)对铝酸盐体系的高炉渣硫容量的影响。随着Al2O3/SiO2从0.47增大到0.79,硫容量会有轻微的增大;当Al2O3/SiO2超过0.79继续增大,硫容量无明显变化。这不仅是因为碱性氧化物的活度升高了,而且与硫化物的稳定性也会随着Al2O3/SiO2的增大而降低有关。此外,对实验结果四种不同的硫容量模型进行预测拟合,发现Young模型最适合。

【Abstract】 Using high alumina ore will cause the characteristics of high Al2O3 content in the BF slag,and the slag transit from silicates-based to aluminates-based.The effect of Al2O3/SiO2(A/S)ratio on the sulfide capacity of the aluminates-based slag system were measured at 1773 K(1500℃) using a metal-slag equilibration method in the present work.Increasing A/S from 0.47 to 0.79 causes a slight increase of the sulfide capacity of the slags and shows no significant change when A/S is more than 0.79.The effect of the substitution of silica by alumina on the sulfide capacity of the slags not only because of an increase in the activity of basic oxides but also because of a decrease in the stability of sulfides as A/S ratio increased.Furthermore,four different sulfide capacity models were employed to predict the sulfide capacity and Young’s Model was found to be the best in predicting the sulfide capacity in the investigated slag system.
