树枝形聚合物模拟氢化酶用于水相光催化产氢研究

【摘要】 利用太阳能生产氢气是一种洁净环保的氢能来源,也是一种有前途的太阳能存储方法。本研究中,我们设计合成了基于PAMAM树枝形聚合物的模拟酶Hy-PAMAM,Hy-PAMAM的中心核[2Fe2S]为催化活性中心,催化质子产氢;树枝形骨架增加了模拟酶的水溶性,并调控电子转移过程。这项研究为构筑人工模拟酶催化产氢体系提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 A water-soluble catalyst Hy-PAMAM is created by using a hydrophobic [2Fe2S] catalytic center connected to hydrophilic PAMAM dendritic matrix. The [2Fe2S] core of Hy-PAMAM acts as the active site to generate H2 by reducing H+, and the dendritic frameworks provide a distinct microenvironment to improve the water solubility, regulate the electron-transfer process and protect the active site. Hy-PAMAM has been successfully applied to the photochemical production of hydrogen in pure water with Ru(bpy)3 Cl2 and H2A as the photosensitizer and the sacrificial electron donor, respectively. The present study provides an approach for modifying hydrophobic artificial catalysts to apply in water as well as developing artificial photosynthesis.
