含三苯胺基团配体Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的结构、双光子荧光和生物显影

【摘要】 含三苯胺基团的配体(L)与ZnBr2在甲醇和二氯甲烷混合溶剂中自组装,获得了一种配合物ZnBr2L2,通过X射线单晶衍射方法对配合物的结构进行了研究。非线性光学性质研究结果表明该配合物具有优于配体的双光子荧光性能,其最大双光子吸收截面为510GM。通过含时密度泛函理论计算和X-ray单晶衍射,研究了配合物结构与性能之间的关系。荧光细胞显影应用研究结果表明其在该方面具有潜在的应用价值。
【Abstract】 By self-assembly of a triphenylaminecontained ligand(L)with ZnBr2 in mixed solvent of methanol and dichloromethane, azinc(Ⅱ)complex Zn Br2 L2 was obtained. The structure was solved by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Study of nonlinear optical property has shown that, compared with the free ligand, thecomplex exhibit more excellent two-photon excited fluorescence with the twophoton absorption cross-section values of 510 GM. The structure-property relationship was detailed through X-ray crystallography and time-dependent density functional theory calculation. Results of living cell imaging experiments show the potential of it in fluorescence microscopy bioimaging.
