化学混凝法处理页岩气田采出水研究

【摘要】 以PAM+PAC为化学混凝药剂对页岩气田采出水进行处理,利用正交法考察了pH、PAC浓度、PAM浓度等主要影响因素对页岩气田采出水处理效果的影响。结果表明,化学混凝法最佳实验条件:pH=6,PAC浓度为30mg/L,PAM浓度为1mg/L。在最佳实验条件下COD、浊度、悬浮物去除率达38.9%、99%、97.23%,化学混凝法对采出水具有明显的处理效果。
【Abstract】 Taking PAM+PAC as chemical coagulation agent,shale gas produced water is treated,The influences of various reaction conditions on treatment efficiency were investigated,including the pH、 PAC concentration and PAM concentration.The results show that the optimum experimental conditions of chemical coagulation:pH=6,PAC concentration is 30 mg/L,the concentration of PAM was 1 mg/L,the removal efficiency of COD,SS,turbidity,were above 38.9%、99%、97.23%.chemical coagulation method has obvious effect on water.
