阳离子Gemini表面活性剂与原油胶质模拟油的界面张力

【摘要】 采用柱色谱分离的方法对胜利油田陈家庄稠油进行了分离,在温度为30℃条件下考察了矿化度、离子类型、碱对模拟油(液体石蜡+2%胶质)与季铵盐类阳离子Gemini表面活性剂(12-2-12)间的界面张力的影响。研究表明,12-2-12溶液与石蜡油间的界面张力较高;加入胶质后,体系的界面张力大幅度降低,说明胶质与表面活性剂在油水界面上发生共吸附。矿化度对其稳态界面张力没有显著影响,Ca2+的加入使得体系的稳态界面张力略微增加,Mg2+的加入会使体系的动态界面张力出现明显瞬时最低值,但对体系的稳态界面张力影响不大。碱的加入可使动态界面张力出现瞬时超低值,这是因为碱与胶质中的酸性物质反应生成表面活性物质与阳离子Gemini表面活性剂产生协同效应的结果。
【Abstract】 The crude oil resins were obtained by classic SARA method.The interfacial tensions(IFTs)between paraffin oil containing resins and gemini surfactant(12-2-12) solution were measured using spinning drop method at 30℃,and the effects of salinity,ion type and alkali on the IFTs have been studied.It is found that the IFT between the 12-2-12 solution and the liquid paraffin is high,but it greatly decreases after adding resin,which indicates that the resin and the surfactant are co-adsorbed at the oil-water interface.It is also found that salinity has no significant influence on the equilibrium IFT,but IFT increases slightly after adding Ca2+.However,with the increase of Mg2+ concentration,the dynamic IFT curve appears an instantaneous minimum value,but no influence on the equilibrium IFT.The addition of alkali can lower the IFT to ultra-low value because the alkali reacts with the acidic substances in the resin to produce a synergistic effect with the cationic Gemini surfactant.
