聚醚与碱复配体系对稠油的乳化降黏性能

【摘要】 由聚醚(8400,12600,14600)和碱(NaOH,Na2CO3,NaHCO3)复配得到的乳化降粘体系不但可以有效乳化陈13-19稠油,而且乳状液稳定性好,降粘率高。稠油乳状液用LUMisizer LS 610乳液稳定性分析仪在3000r/min离心2550s。固定聚醚的浓度,碱的浓度越高,稠油乳状液稳定性越好。稠油乳状液粘度较低,降粘率可达到99%,乳化降粘剂浓度一定时,不同油水比的稠油乳状液粘度近似相等。界面张力研究发现,复配体系可以使陈13-19稠油/水的界面张力达到超低。

【Abstract】 The emulsification and viscosity reduction properties of polyether(8400,12600,14600) with alkali(NaOH,Na2CO3,NaHCO3) mixed systems have been studied.The experimental results show that the mixed systems not only can effectively emulsify Chen 13-19 heavy oil,but also have good emulsion stability and high viscosity reduction.Heavy oil emulsion was analyzed with LUMisizer LS 610 separation analyzer at 3000 r/min,centrifugal 2550 s.When the concentration of polyether is certain,the higher the alkali concentrations,the better the stability of the heavy oil emulsion.The viscosity reduction rate can reach 99% and the viscosity is approximate at different oil-water ratio when the concentration of the mixed system is certain.The study on interfacial tension shows that the mixed system can produce ultra-low interface tension against Chen 13-19 heavy oil.
