聚丙烯酸/磷酸钙/金复合纳米粒子的合成及其在化学-光热协同癌症治疗中的应用

【摘要】 本文开发了一种温和,简单易重复的的合成路线制备聚丙烯酸/磷酸钙/金复合纳米粒子,兼具优秀的载药,光热转换和p H/近红外光(NIR)双响应抗癌药物阿霉素可控释放能力。基于这种将载药和光热相结合的纳米粒子比单一化疗或光热治疗有更好的治疗效果。以上研究作为治疗剂协同治疗中有极好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A new therapeutic nanoplatform based on branched polyacrylic acid/calcium phosphate/gold composite nanoparticles modified with methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-thiol(designated as PAA/CaP/Au-PEG NPs) is created via a mild,reproducible and simple route for the first time.The obtained branched PAA/CaP/Au-PEG NPs possess a lot of virtues including outstanding drug loading capacity,excellent photothermal conversion efficiency and pH/near infrared(NIR) dual-responsive release property.Furthermore,the combination of DOX-loading and photothermal treatment upon branched PAA/CaP/Au-PEG NPs displays better therapeutic effect than single chemotherapy or photothermal therapy.Our work elucidates the great prospect of branched PAA/CaP/Au-PEG NPs as a therapeutic agent for synergistic chemo-photothermal cancer therapy.
