双子表面活性剂自组装增粘机制的分子动力学模拟研究

【摘要】 在非常规油气藏压裂改造中,表面活性剂自组装形成的清洁压裂液具有易返排、无污染的特点,已成为当前压裂领域的研究热点;相比传统表面活性剂,双子表面活性剂具有更强的自组装能力,在低浓度下即可有效增强压裂液的粘弹性,有望解决目前清洁压裂液中表面活性剂使用浓度高、经济价值低的问题,应用前景广阔。尽快目前一些先进的实验手段已经应用于表面活性剂自组装结构的研究,但是针对双子表面活性剂流变性能的构效关系需要进一步探索。本文主要基于分子动力学模拟的方法研究双子表面活性剂自组装增粘行为,主要研究了双子表面活性剂形成不同聚集结构体的自组装形成微观过程、微观机理和自组装体的增粘机理;并基于上述研究初步探索了从自组装形貌、蠕虫状胶束长度、蠕虫状胶束结构三个方面评价表面活性剂自组装体系粘度性能的理论评价方法。研究工作将丰富清洁压裂液增粘剂的研究手段,对油田用新型清洁压裂液增粘剂的筛选和功能化设计提供重要的理论指导。

【Abstract】 During fracture stimulation in unconventional reservoirs,a clean fracturing fluid system formed by surfactant self-assembly has become a hot research topic in the field of oil and gas development,easy-back,which has the characteristics of easy-back,no residue and low harm to the formation,etc.In comparison with conventional surfactants,Gemini surfactant has very strong capacity to self-assemble,very high efficiency in enhancing the viscoelasticity of the fracturing fluid,so it will be a way to solving the problems of high concentration of surfactant utilization,lower economic value,showing broad prospects.With various advanced instruments,the properties of surfactant solution can be characterized.However,it is still a great challenge and at the heart of many of investigations to understanding how surfactant geometry impacts the rheology of Gemini surfactant solutions.Based on molecular simulation dynamics,the behavior of self-assembly and viscosity of Gemini surfactants was studied.The main contents include:1,the microscopic dynamics processes and the self-assembly mechanisms for various morphologies formed by Gemini surfactant;2,the mechanism of viscosity enhanced via Gemini surfactant self-assembly.Lastly,based on above research,the theoretical evaluation method for evaluating the viscosity of surfactant solutions was proposed basically from three aspects,self-assembly morphology,worm’s length,worm’s structure.This study has enriched the research tools to evaluating the viscous properties of fracturing fluid,and provides an important theoretical guidance for the screening and functional design of viscous agent which used as fracturing fluid.
