钨掺杂型硫化镍的可控制备及电催化碱性析氢性能研究

【摘要】 以泡沫镍网为基底,通过水热法制备了钨掺杂的硫化镍复合电催化碱性析氢催化剂。在水热过程中,通过改变钨源的量,得到了不同形貌的硫化镍基复合材料,以及一系列具有一定规律的碱性电催化析氢性质。电化学测试表明,钨掺杂会较大幅度提高硫化镍的碱性电催化析氢性质。随着钨源量的增加,钨掺杂的硫化镍复合材料碱性电催化性能先提高后减弱,因此钨源的掺入量存在最佳比例。本文通过SEM和XRD等物理表征手段探讨了钨掺杂量与硫化镍在碱性溶液中电催化析氢性能的内在联系。

【Abstract】 W-doped nickel sulfides hybrids supported on nickel foam has been synthesized through hydrothermal reaction process.W-doped nickel sulfides hybrids are utilized as electrocatalysts on the cathode for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) in water electrolysis in alkaline media.Through changing the content of W sources,the as-obtained nickel sulfides show different morphology and microstructures,with a series of HER activities.The electrochemical measurements display that W-doped nickel sulfides hybrids shows enhanced electrochemical performances for HER compared with pristine nickel sulfide.In addition,with increasing of W sources,the HER activities of nickel sulfides increase at first,followed by decrease to some degree.It can be concluded that there exists the best ratio of W sources that are related to the maximum performances of nickel sulfides for HER.In this paper,the SEM and XRD characterizations have been utilized to reveal the relationship between the content of W sources and HER activities of nickel sulfides in alkaline media.
