碘铅酸添加剂辅助制备高性能钙钛矿太阳能电池

【摘要】 有机金属卤化物钙钛矿太阳能电池作为一类新型太阳能电池在近几年取得了飞速的发展,它具有制备工艺简单、效率高、成本低等优点,被认为是目前最有潜力的太阳能电池技术之一[1]。钙钛矿电池可由简单的溶液相方法制备,其中钙钛矿薄膜的质量对电池效率和稳定性起到至关重要的作用[2]。如何获得高质量的钙钛矿薄膜也成为了目前研究的热点问题之一。我们首次采用碘铅酸作为添加剂,通过控制甲胺卤化铅(CH3NH3PbI3-xClx)钙钛矿的成核和生长过程,制备得到晶粒尺寸大、晶化度高的钙钛矿薄膜。钙钛矿晶粒增大、晶界减少有利于抑制载流子的复合[3]。而且薄膜中有过量的碘化铅存在于晶界处,其钝化作用可减少光生载流子的复合。因此,基于此类薄膜制备的太阳能电池与传统方法制备的电池相比,光电转换效率由15.0%提升至18.3%。同时,该添加剂的加入可以有效抑制钙钛矿材料的分解,提高电池稳定性,在空气中避光放置25天后仍可保持最高效率的90%以上。

【Abstract】 Organometal halide perovskite solar cells have developed rapidly in the past few years.Perovskite solar cells are regarded as one of the most promising photovoltaic technologies,owing to ease of fabrication,high power conversion efficiency and low fabrication costs.Perovskite films can be easily prepared by solution-processed methods,and their morphologies and electronic properties are crucial to achieving highly efficient and stable perovskite devices.How to prepare high-quality perovskite thin films becomes a current research focus.In this work,for the first time,(HI)xPbI2 is used as an additive for the controlled growth of high-quality CH3 NH3 PbI3-xClx thin films.The presence of the(HI)xPbI2 additive considerably influences the nucleation and crystal growth process of perovskite,resulting in well-crystallized perovskite films with larger grains,which can restrain the carrier recombination.Moreover,the grain boundaries passivated with excessive PbI2 inhibit the carrier recombination additionally.Therefore,a significant increase of the photo conversion efficiency(PCE) from 15.0 % to 18.3 % results from the addition of the additive.The device with additive can retain more than 90% of the highest PCE after 25 days in dark conditions with air storage.
