CdSe纳米线的可控合成、生长机理及其增强的吸附性能

【摘要】 CdSe是一种重要的II-Ⅵ族半导体材料,广泛应用于电子发射器和光谱分析、光导体、光敏元件等。目前关于CdSe的合成路线的研究已较为成熟[1,2],但其可控合成及相关生长机理仍有待研究。本文通过水热法制备了CdSe纳米微球和不同纵横比的纳米线,提出了Ag~+诱导的CdSe纳米线的生长机理,并测试了两种CdSe纳米结构的吸附性能,发现CdSe纳米线对孔雀石绿和甲基橙有机染料的吸附性能明显优于其微球结构的吸附性能,有望在污水处理方面实现广泛的应用。
【Abstract】 CdSe is an important II-VI semiconductor materials,which is widely used in electronic and optical spectrum analysis,the transmitter conductor and the photosensitive element.The current research on the CdSe synthesis route has been relative mature,but the specific synthesis mechanism and the controllable synthesis is still developing.In this study,CdSe nanospheres and CdSe nanowires with different the aspect ratio were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,we proposed the growth mechanism of CdSe nanowires.Meanwhile,the as-obtained CdSe nanomwires were used to remove malachite green,methyl orange in waste-water,which exhibited excellent adsorption performance compared to the CdSe microspheres as the adsorbent,is expected to achieve a broad application in the sewage treatment.
