暴露{001}晶面ZnO泡沫的制备及其增强的传感性能研究

【摘要】 ZnO是重要的n型半导体,其禁带宽度在3.37eV。由于其独特的光学、电学及传感性质,在太阳能电池、锂离子电池、光催化、气体传感器等领域具有潜在的应用价值[1]。目前制备Zn O纳米材料主要采用溶剂热等方法,制备条件要求较高,周期长[2]。本文采用溶液快速热分解法,在650℃下反应10nim制备出了暴露{111}晶面六方相构的ZnO泡沫,发现其对乙醇,丙酮,正乙胺具有优良的气敏性能。
【Abstract】 ZnO is an important n-type semiconductor with a band gap of 3.37 eV.Due to its unique optical,electrical and sensing properties in the field of solar cells,lithium-ion batteries,photocatalysis,gas sensors and other fields with potential applications [1].At present,the preparation of ZnO nanomaterials is mainly carried out by solvothermal method and so on.Moreover the experimental conditions are rigorous and the experimental period is long[2].In this paper,Exposed {001} facets hexagonal structure of ZnO foam was prepared by the rapid thermal decomposition method at 650℃ for 10 min,and it was found that it had excellent gas-sensing properties for ethanol,acetone and n-ethylamine.
