汽车座椅磁流变扭转减振器的设计与实验

【摘要】 为提高磁流变汽车座椅减振器的可调范围,本文设计了一种可用于汽车座椅的磁流变扭转减振器。文章综合考虑器件与系统两方面,对磁流变扭转减振器进行了设计。并对所设计的器件与座椅减振系统进行了实验测试与分析。实验结果表明,磁流变扭转减振器可具有较大的可调范围,且基于磁流变扭转减振器的座椅悬架系统是可行的。考虑到基于磁流变扭转减振器的座椅系统更易集成供电与传感模块,此系统将具有较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 To improve the dynamic range of the MR absorber for seat suspension, a rotary MR damper for vehicle seat suspension is proposed. The damper design is analyzed based on the device and system perspectives. The MR rotary damper and the seat suspension with this damper are tested and analyzed. The results show that the rotary MR damper has the larger dynamic range and the seat suspension with this damper is feasible. The seat suspension with rotary MR damper has good application prospects due to the big potential for integrating the power supply and self-sensing modules.
