带弯孔喷嘴预旋系统流动特性的数值研究

【摘要】 为了进一步提高预旋系统性能,提出了一种弯孔型的预旋喷嘴,通过数值计算,对比了直孔喷嘴和弯孔喷嘴的流量系数,并研究了弯孔喷嘴直径大小对预旋温降与流阻特性的影响规律。结果表明:随着压比的增大,带弯孔喷嘴预旋系统的温降系数和总压损失系数均增大;压比为1.5时,弯孔喷嘴的流量系数比直孔喷嘴高8.2%,带弯孔喷嘴的预旋系统温降系数比带直孔喷嘴的高13.6%。喷嘴和预旋腔内的压力损失占预旋系统总压损失的90%以上。随着喷嘴直径的增加,预旋系统的温降系数先增大后减小,总压损失系数减小。

【Abstract】 To further improve the performance of the pre-swirl system,a elbow pre-swirl nozzle was proposed.The flow characteristics of straight nozzle and elbow nozzle were compared,while the influence of elbow nozzle diameter on the pre swirl temperature drop and flow resistance were studied by numerical simulation.The results show that temperature drop coefficient and the total pressure loss coefficient increases with the increase of the pressure ratio.When the pressure ratio is equal to 1.5,the discharge coefficient of the elbow nozzle is 8.2%higher than that of the straight nozzle,while the temperature drop of pre-swirl system with elbow nozzle is 13.6%higher than that with straight nozzle.The pressure loss in nozzle and pre-swirl cavity accounts for more than 90%of the total pressure loss of the pre-swirl system.As nozzle diameter increases,the temperature drop coefficient of the pre swirl system increases first and decreases afterwards,while the total pressure loss coefficient decreases.
