高温二氧化碳缓蚀剂评价研究
Evaluation of Corrosion Inhibitor in High Temperature Carbon Dioxide Environment

【摘要】 利用失重和电化学方法评价研究了120℃下高压CO2环境中腐蚀缓蚀剂对N80钢抑制作用。50 mg·L-1缓蚀剂的缓蚀率超过90%。加入缓蚀剂后腐蚀电位有明显正移,腐蚀电流降低,电荷转移电阻增大,该缓蚀剂为阳极抑制为主的混和型缓蚀剂,在钢表面遵循langmuir吸附模型,属于化学吸附作用。
【Abstract】 The inhibition effect of corrosion inhibitor on N80 steel in high pressure CO2 environment at 120 ℃ was studied by weight loss and electrochemical methods.The inhibition efficiency of 50 mg · L1 inhibitor is more than 90%.After adding corrosion inhibitor,the corrosion potential has obvious positive shift,the corrosion current is reduced,and the charge transfer resistance increases.The corrosion inhibitor is a mixed inhibitor which is the main anodic inhibition.The adsorption of corrosion inhibitor on the steel surface follows Langmuir adsorption isotherm,which belongs to the chemical adsorption.
