模拟混凝土孔隙液中不锈钢的耐蚀行为

【摘要】 采用循环伏安曲线(CPP)和交流阻抗谱(EIS)技术,对比研究了碳钢HRB400和四种不锈钢在模拟混凝土孔隙液中加入氯离子后的腐蚀电化学行为,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光谱(EDX)观察分析了材料表面腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物的组成。结果表明:随着溶液中氯离子浓度升高,碳钢、2Cr13、310S和304不锈钢依次出现不可再钝化过程,钝化膜击穿电位也逐渐降低,而双相不锈钢2205则一直保持优良的耐蚀性。可能是合金元素在影响材料耐蚀性的同时,其微观晶粒尺寸和孪晶组织对材料的耐蚀性也有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behaviors of carbon steel and four different stainless steels exposed in non-carbonated simulated concrete pore solution contaminated by chloride were investigated by cyclic potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The corrosion morphologies and the compositions of corrosion products were characterized using SEM and EDX,respectively.The results showed that the carbon steel,2Crl3,310S and 304 stainless steels occurred irreversible repassivation process in turn and the breakdown potential was also gradually reduced with the increasing of chloride ion concentration.The reason is probably due to the difference of alloy elements in materials,which affecting the corrosion resistance of the steels,and their micro grain size and twin structures should have some influence on the corrosion resistance of the stainless steels.
