高温传热面对Q235钢腐蚀与缓蚀剂作用效果的影响

【摘要】 在高压釜中建立了高温传热面腐蚀测试系统,采用电化学方法研究了5%氨水介质中高温传热界面上(170℃/200℃)Q235钢腐蚀行为以及缓蚀剂作用效果。结果表明,170℃、5%氨水介质中Q235钢表现出明显的钝化行为,传热面的存在会明显加速Q235钢的腐蚀,同时降低缓蚀剂的作用效果。总体来看,高温传热面条件下缓蚀剂仍然可以产生明显的抑制效果,是合适的防腐蚀选择。
【Abstract】 A high temperature heat transfer corrosion test system was developed in an autoclave.The effect of the heat transfer surface(170 ℃/200 ℃) on the corrosion of Q235 steel and the inhibitor performance was studied in 5% ammonia by electrochemical methods.The results indicate that Q235 steel shows passive behavior in 5%ammonia at 170 ℃ and the existence of heat transfer surface can accelerate its corrosion significantly while decrease the inhibitor performance.In general,under a high temperature heat transfer condition,corrosion inhibitors can work effectively and still be an appropriate anti-corrosion selection.
