基于基片集成波导的Ka波段双工器研究

【摘要】 本文设计了一种基于基片集成波导的Ka波段双工器。先根据指标设计出分支滤波器,再利用微带T型结完成Ka波段双工器的设计。该双工器具有集成度高、体积小、隔离度高等优点。仿真结果显示插入损耗小于2dB,带内回波损耗优于-15dB,隔离度优于-40dB。通过精密加工,设计制造了Ka波段基片集成波导双工器样品,实测结果验证了设计方法的正确性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a Ka-band diplexer based on substrate integrated waveguide is presented.Brunch filter in different center frequency is designed in parallel.Then use the microstrip T-junction to complete Ka-band diplexer design.This diplexer has the advantages of high integration, small size and high isolation.The simulation results show that the insertion loss is less than 2 dB, the return loss is better than 15 dB and the isolation is greater than-40 dB.Through precision machining, a Ka-band substrate integrated waveguide diplexer was successfully designed and manufactured.The measured results verify the correctness of the design method.
