【摘要】 气象指数保险作为一种新兴保险,由于削弱了道德风险和逆向选择的影响,克服了市场失灵,正日渐成为非洲农业风险管理的重要手段。本文从非洲农户种植行为、农户风险分散机制、作物产量以及农民参保意愿四个维度衡量了气象指数保险的影响与作用,并对气象指数保险的主要研究方法,尤其是计量方法和研究局限性进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Weather Index Insurance(WII),with its ability to reduce moral hazard and adverse selection and overcome market failure,has gradually become an important measure in alleviating poverty of Africa.This paper measures the impacts and influences of WII in Africa from four dimension,that is farmers’ planting behavior,risk dispersion mechanism,willingness to insured and crop yield,meanwhile summary the main research methods,especially econometric methods and research limitations.更多还原
