【摘要】 目的:评价美罗培南用于治疗细菌性脑膜炎时的疗效和安全性。方法:以"细菌性脑膜炎"、"美罗培南"为关键词,在Pubmed、Cochrane library、Embase、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang数据库中检索相关文献,于纳入文献中提取所需数据后采用RevMan5.3软件及Stata 14.0对结果进析。结果:①美罗培南相对于头孢类抗生素治疗细菌性脑膜炎疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(RR=1.17,95%CI[0.99,1.39],P=0.20);②美罗培南相对于其他抗生素治疗细菌性脑膜炎不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(RR=1.47,95%CI[1.03,2.10],P=0.03)。结论:美罗培南由于与头孢类相当的疗效及更优的安全性可推荐应用于细菌性脑膜炎的经验性治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 To review the efficacy and safety of meropenem treating for bacterial meningitis.Methods:Relating literature were searched from database such as Pubmed、Cochrane library、Embase、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang.The extracted data were analysed by RevMan5.3 and Stata 14.0.Results:①There are equivalent efficacy between meropenem and cephalosporins treating for bacterial meningitis,no statistical significance between two groups(RR=1.17,95%CI[0.99,1.39].P=0.20);②There are better safety between meropenem and cephalosporins treating for bacterial meningitis,no statistical significance between two group(RR=1.47,95%CI[1.03,2.10].P=0.03).Conclusion:Meropenem has equivalent as well as cephalosporins and better safety than cephalosporins treating for bacterial meningitis,so it worth to introduced into clinic application as empirical antibiotic therapy.更多还原
