足部负重常速行走时下肢主要肌肉表面肌电的实验研究
Experimental study of surface electromyography of lower limb muscles during major weight-bearing foot walking normal speed

【摘要】 研究目的:本研究旨在探讨在两侧脚背或脚踝处负重1.5kg以常速行走是下肢主要肌肉表面肌电的变化,研究负重步态下肌肉的动员策略。研究方法:步行中的运动学和动力学数据通过Vicon运动捕捉系统和KISTLER三维测力台同步采集得到;表面肌电数据由Delsys肌电采集系统获取。研究结果:脚背负重行走时股二头肌在单支撑期放电水平加强(P=0.036);股直肌、股内肌、胫骨前肌在第二个双支撑期放电水平加强(P=0.016;P=0.004;P=0.048);脚踝负重行走较无负重行走的股内肌放电水平显著提高(P=0.004)。结论:脚背、脚踝负重行走时股二头肌在单支撑期;股直肌、股内肌以及胫骨前肌在步行的第二个双支撑期活动明显加强,可见腿前肌负重后得到了更多的动员;这一小负荷锻炼方法可以锻炼到大腿前侧、后侧肌群以及小腿前侧肌群。
【Abstract】 Objective:This study aimed to explore both sides of the feet or ankles 1.5 kg weight change at constant speed walking is the main muscle surface electromyography of the lower extremities,weight-bearing gait research strategy to mobilize the muscles.Methods:The kinetics and kinematics parameters are sampling by the Vicon motion capture system synchronized with KISTLER.Surface EMG data acquired by Delsys EMG acquisition system.Results:Biceps femoris instep weight when walking in support of a single discharge levels to strengthen(P=0.036);rectus femoris,vastus medialis,tibialis anterior muscle in the second double support strengthening of discharge levels(P=0.016;P= 0.004;P=0.048);ankle weight compared to non-weight-bearing walking within walking stocks significantly increased muscle discharge level(P=0.004).Conclusion:Instep,ankle weight when walking biceps femoris in a single support phase;rectus femoris,vastus medialis and tibialis anterior muscle in walking second double support of activities significantly strengthened seen before hamstring got more weight mobilization;this small load training methods can exercise to the front thigh,posterior calf muscles and the front side muscles.
