聚乙二醇含量对中空纤维基膜结构及正渗透性能的影响

【摘要】 在铸膜液中添加不同含量的聚乙二醇(PEG)添加剂制备中空纤维基膜,然后采用界面聚合方法在基膜内腔制备复合正渗透膜(TFC-FO),探究不同PEG含量与中空纤维基膜以及复合正渗透膜的结构和性能之间的相互关系。结果表明随着PEG含量从2%升高到8%,中空纤维基膜表面形貌由致密变得略微疏松,顶层厚度呈现Sub-2<Sub-4<Sub-6<Sub-8趋势,孔隙率从69.1%增加到81.5%,渗透水通量明显升高,截留率略微减小,相应的TFC-FO膜水通量和盐水比都呈现明显升高趋势。PEG含量为6%时,TFC-FO膜性能最佳。

【Abstract】 Hollow fiber substrate membranes were prepared by adding different content of polyethylene glycol( PEG) additives in the casting solution, and then the thin film composite forward osmosis membranes(TFC-FO) were fabricated by interfacial polymerization in the inner cavity of substrate membranes. The relationship of PEG contents between the structure and properties of substrate and TFC-FO membranes were investigated. The results show that with the increase of PEG content from 2% to 8%, the surface morphology of hollow fiber substrates is slightly loose, the thickness of the top layer presents Sub-2<Sub-4<Sub-6<Sub-8 trend, the porosity increases from 69.1% to 81.5%, the permeable water flux increases obviously, the interception rate decreases slightly, and the water flux and JS/JV ratio of the corresponding TFC-FO membrane are all obviously rising. The performance of TFC-FO membrane is the best when the content of PEG is 6%.
