复合材料分层缺陷的激光超声检测研究

【摘要】 随着复合材料在航空航天领域越来越广泛的应用,激光超声检测技术在对其进行非接触无损检测方面的优势逐渐显现。本文建立单向纤维复合材料热弹效应激光超声理论模型,采用有限元法对复合材料中激光超声的产生机理及传播、波形特点等方面进行了数值模拟仿真研究,并通过碳纤维多层板埋藏分层缺陷的激光超声实验,结果表明激光超声检测可以检测埋藏分层缺陷,与有限元仿真结果一致,同时也验证了理论模型是正确的。
【Abstract】 With the increasing use of reinforced fiber composites in the field of aerospace,laser ultrasonic testing technology becomes more and more advantageous in its non-contact non-destructive testing.In this paper,the thermoelastic effect theoretical model of one-way reinforced fiber composites was established.The finite element method was used to simulate the mechanism,propagation and waveform characteristics of the laser in the composites.And we have done a series of the carbon fiber multilayer board buried layer defects of laser ultrasound experiments,the results show that laser ultrasonic detection can detect buried defects,consistent with the results of finite element simulation,but also verify that the theoretical model is correct.
