【摘要】 利用2013年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)数据进行实证分析,结果表明:农村高龄老人和中龄老人获得子女照料的优势比分别是低龄老人的0.392倍和0.683倍;女性老人获得子女照料的优势比是男性老人的0.684倍;身体不好的老人获得子女照料的优势比是健康老人的0.356倍;经济越发达,老人获得子女照料的可能性越大,西部和中部老人获得子女照料的优势比分别是东部老人的0.613倍和0.673倍。老人资产越多,获得子女的照料就越多;新农保养老金在一定程度上对子女的照料具有挤出效应,但不显著。子女数量和配偶情况对家庭照料没有显著性影响。对此,必须打造农村多元养老服务供给网络;发挥社会工作在农村养老服务供给中的专业优势;大力发展农村社会组织和义工力量;提高新农保保障水平,增强老人养老服务购买能力;要求"依法养老"和"以德养老"充分结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the data of China Health and Pension Tracking Survey(CHARLS) in 2013 to empirical analysis, The result shows that the advantage of rural oldest old and the age old man who are receive children’s care are 0.392 time and 0.683 time than the young old people; Female elderly are 0.684 time be taken care of their children than that of male; Elderly people in poor health condition receive more 0.356 time in their children’s care than the healthy elderly; The more developed the economy, the greater the chance that the elderly will be cared for by their children,The elders in the Western and the central areas have 0.613 time and 0.673 time more advantages than the elders in the East.The more assets the elderly have, the more care they will be received by children; The new rural pension insurance has a crowding out effect on children’s care to some extent, but it is unnoticeable.
