蚕丝绵的红外光谱研究

【摘要】 本文研究了傅里叶变换红外光谱对蚕丝绵进行真伪鉴别的可行性。收集五种市面上常见的丝绵样品(桑蚕丝、削口茧绵、柞蚕丝、蛹衬绵、聚乙烯绵),得到各种样品在4000cm-1~500cm-1范围内的红外光谱。通过对五种绵样品的红外光谱特征峰分析,我们可以推断出削口茧绵、柞蚕丝、蛹衬绵、桑蚕丝四种样品所含的主要成分为蛋白质纤维,聚乙烯绵的主要成分是人工纤维。通过对五种丝绵样品的红外光谱图比较,其红外光谱差别是明显的,表明傅里叶变换红外光谱可作为鉴别蚕丝真伪的一种方法。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the feasibility of the identification of natural silk by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) is studied. The FTIR spectra of the five kinds of silk samples(natural silk, cut cocoon fibre, tussah silk, Pupa lining cotton, polyethylene fabric) were obtained by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry at the infrared zone(4000 cm-1~500 cm-1). We can come to a conclusion by analyzing the infrared spectrum characteristic peak of five kinds of silk samples:the main components of the tussah silk, pupa and mulberry silk are protein fiber, and the main component of polyethylene sponge is artificial fiber. Through the analysis of the spectra, the difference of spectra characteristics of the five types of silk cotton samples is very apparent. The results will provide a scientific method for the identification of natural silk.
