【摘要】 目的对市售黄连上清片中的大黄素和大黄酚进行质量检测。方法采用DiamonsilTM C18柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果测得大黄素线性回归方程为y=8.9542x-0.9286,r=0.9992(n=5),大黄素进样量在0.20~1.00μg时,呈现良好的线性关系,大黄素的平均含量为12.00μg/g;大黄酚线性回归方程为y=33.814x-8.364,r=0.9993(n=5),大黄酚进样量在0.24~1.20μg范围内时,呈现良好的线性关系大黄酚的平均含量为12.29μg/g。结论本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To ensure the quality of drugs to ensure the safety of drugs,effective,for the establishment of Huanglian on the quantitative quality standards.Methods To establish a HPLC for determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Huanglian Shangqing Tablets.Results A shim paek DiamonsilTM C18 column was used,the methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(85:15) was used as mobile phase,the deteeting wavelength was at 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.The linear regression equation of emodin was y=8.9542x-0.9286,r=0.9992(n=5),the results showed that emodin had good linear relationship in the range of 0.20~1.00μg.The linear regression equation of chrysophanol was y=33.814x-8.364,r=0.9993(n=5),the results showed that chrysophanol had good linear relationship in the range of 0.24~1.20μg,the average sample recovery was 99.15%.Conclusion This method has good repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity.It can be used for quality control of Huanglian Shangqing Tablets.更多还原
