酸橙枳实黄酮类抗氧化药效组分研究

【摘要】 目的研究酸橙枳实中黄酮类抗氧化药效组分。方法利用统计学中偏最小二乘法回归方法,将酸橙枳实黄酮类组分HPLC共有峰峰面积和用清除DPPH自由基、清除ABTS自由基、总抗氧化能力测定(FRAP)3个抗氧化活性指标结果进行回归分析,得出参与抗氧化作用的药效组分及各组分与抗氧化活性的相关性。用十批药材各药效组分的峰面积平均值计算药效组分之间比例。结果酸橙枳HPLC图谱中的11个黄酮类组分峰与其抗氧化活性相关。与清除DPPH自由基正相关的药效组分,相关性由大到小分别是:新橙皮苷>X1>野漆树苷>柚皮苷>X6>X3,组分间比例为13.8:3.4:1:14.9:1.5:1.2;与清除ABTS自由基正相关的药效组分,相关性由大到小分别是:新橙皮苷>野漆树苷>X1,组分间比例为13.8:1:3.4;与总抗氧化能力正相关的药效组分,相关性由大到小分别是:新橙皮苷>X1>柚皮苷>X3>川陈皮素>橙皮苷>X6>芸香柚皮苷>X4>野漆树苷>X2,组分间比例为13.8:3.4:14.9:1.2:1.9:1.2:1.5:1.3:0.8:1:0.4。结论酸橙枳实抗氧化药效效应是多个黄酮类组分协同作用的结果;其中新橙皮苷、野漆树苷和未知成分X1是酸橙枳实黄酮类抗氧化核心药效组分;新橙皮苷、野漆树苷和未知成分X1之间的比例为13.8:1:3.4。

【Abstract】 Objectives Find out antioxidant active Components Alignment of Flavonoids from Fructus Citri Aurantii Immaturus.Methods The relevance of Peak area of common peaks and 3 antioxidant indexes was analyzed by partial least squares regression.The 3 antioxidant indexes are clearance ratio of DPPH,clearance ratio of ABTS and total antioxidant capacity.Average peak areas of every common peak were calculated and the ratio of antioxidant active components alignment of flavonoids from Fructus Citri Aurantii Immaturus were obtained.Results 11 active components of flavonoids are relevant with antioxidant activity.The activecomponents alignment that have positive correlation with clearance ratio of DPPH:neohesperidin>X1>rhoifolin>naringin>X6>X3 and the ratio of the active components alignment is 13.8:3.4:1:14.9:1.5:1.2;The active components alignment that have positive correlation with clearance ratio of ABTS:neohesperidin>rhoifolin > X1 and the ratio of the active components alignment is 13.8:1:3.4;The active components alignment that have positive correlation with total antioxidant capacityis neohesperidin >X1>naringin>X3>nobiletin>hesperidin>X6> narirutin>X4>rhoifolin>X2 and the ratio of the active components alignment is 13.8:3.4:14.9:1.2:1.9:1.2:1.5:1.3:0.8:1:0.4.Conclusions The antioxidant active of Fructus Citri Aurantii Immaturus is the results of synergisticeffect from many kinds of Flavonoids.The main active components in Antioxidative Active Components Alignment of Flavonoids from Fructus Citri Aurantii Immaturus are neohesperidin,X1 and rhoifolin.The ratio of the active components alignment is 13.8:1:3.4.
