【摘要】 目的:对有关电针治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床研究文献进行质量评价。方法:检索中文学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI),中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)和万方数据库(CECDB)。获取涉及电针治疗脑卒中的临床文献,选择符合纳入标准的研究,对其质量进行评价。结果:纳入的158篇文献中,随机对照研究(RCT)有95篇(占60.1%)。对纳入的随机对照文献进行分析:仅有18.9%的文献正确运用随机方法,80.0%的文献有组间可比性(均衡性)的考察,72.6%的文献有明确的诊断标准,3.2%的文献提及盲法。结论:虽然电针治疗脑卒中偏瘫的随机对照文献数量逐年递增,但有关文献的质量仍然整体偏低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To evaluate the quality of literature in clinical study of electroacupuncture treating hemiparalysis after cerebral apoplexy.Methods Searching for the literature of cerebral apoplexy treated by electroacupuncture therapy from CNKI,VIP and CECDB.According to required criterion,selecting the study literature and evaluating the quality of them.Results In the 158 included literature,95 study accord with Random Contrasting Test(RCT),account for 60.1%.To analyse the RCT:18.9% with correct randomizing method,80.0% with the comparability among the groups,72.6% with explicit evaluation criteria,3.2% with referring to the use of blind method.Conclusion Though the quantity of the literature of electroacupuncture treating hemiparalysis after cerebral apoplexy according with RCT is increasing,however,the relative literature is still low in quality.更多还原
