【摘要】 目的:根据经验统计探索分析针灸治疗心绞痛的取穴规律。方法:所有针灸治疗心绞痛的相关文献均来源于中国学术期刊网络出版总库,时间跨度为1911年-2013年3月。对这些文献的相关穴位的使用频次及归经情况等进行了统计分析。结果:纳入的91篇文献中,针灸治疗心绞痛涉及13条经脉的35个穴位,其中只有內关、心俞、膻中等6个穴位的使用频次超过了10%。结论:目前针灸治疗心绞痛在取穴方面较为纷繁复杂,但是仍有一定的规律可循。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the acupoints rules for the treatment of angina pectoris according to experience statistics analysis.Methods Selecting the articles(from 1911 to 2013.3) of angina pectoris treated by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy from Chinese Journal Full—text Database(CJFD),the points used in the articles were analyzed by statistical methods.Results In the 91 articles,there are35 acupoints belonging to 13 different meridians.However,only 6 points are used more than 10%such as Neiguan(PC6),Xinsh(BL15),Danzhong(RN17) and so on.Conclusions At present,acupoints selection rules of angina pectoris is complex,but there is still a certain principle to follow.更多还原
