【摘要】 目的:探讨督灸配合针刺对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)生存质量的影响。方法:收集2009年10月至2012年10月青岛大学医学院第二附属医院康复科门诊AS患者30例,均为肾阳亏虚型,均采用督灸配合针刺疗法治疗。治疗结束后比较患者治疗前后生存质量(SQOL-AS),采用Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能性指数量表(BASFI),疲劳评定量表(FAI)及红细胞沉降率(ESR),评价患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后患者BASDAI指数、BASFI积分均较治疗前有明显降低(t值分别为28.986、36.580,P<0.01);生理功能、心理状态、社会功能、健康自我认识方面的积分较治疗前明显升高(t值分别为62.165、30.139、26.643、25.729,P<0.01);疲劳评定量表积分、红细胞沉降率较治疗前明显降低(t值分别为24.520、3.708,P<0.01)。结论:督灸配合针刺对AS患者症状体征及实验室指标等有明显的良性调整作用,在重建患者治病信心方面有独特优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy with Du-moxibustion and acupuncture to improve the quality of life for Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS).Methods Selected 30 patients of the kidney Yang deficiency type of AS(treatment with Du-moxibustion and acupuncture).Observe the change of SQOL-AS,BASDAI,BASFI,FAI and ESR to evaluation of patients with the clinical curative effect.Results After the treatment,the index of BASDAI、BASFI were obviously reduced than before(t value is 28.986,36.580,P<0.01),the index of SQOL-AS were obviously increased than before(t value is 62.165,30.139,26.643,25.729,P<0.01),the index of FAIand ESR were obviously reduced than before(t value is 24.520,3.708,P<0.01).Conclusions Du moxibustion with acupuncture treatment of the main symptoms,all kinds of AS signs,laboratory indexes were significantly positive adjustment function,especially has a unique advantage,reconstruction in patients with treatment of disease symptoms more prominent of confidences.更多还原
