不锈钢高强度螺栓摩擦型连接的试验研究

【摘要】 目前,国内外对不锈钢高强度螺栓摩擦型连接的研究尚不完善,尚未建立可靠的摩擦面处理方法,对不锈钢高强度螺栓的预紧力和紧固工艺也缺乏统一的标准,制约了不锈钢结构螺栓连接的应用。本文开展了不锈钢高强度螺栓的紧固性能试验研究和不锈钢板传力摩擦面的抗滑移系数试验研究,测得了不锈钢螺栓(包含自制马氏体型不锈钢10.9级高强度螺栓和普通奥氏体型不锈钢A4-70和A4-80螺栓)的力学性能参数,对不锈钢板摩擦面采用了特殊的深拉丝工艺,显著地增加表面粗糙度,不锈钢板的抗滑移系数可达0.37。针对试验中出现的螺栓咬死现象,提出了润滑减摩策略,有效地解决了咬死问题。试验结果表明,在合理的润滑材料作用下,不锈钢高强度螺栓的扭矩系数在0.10~0.16之间。

【Abstract】 Researches on high strength stainless steel bolted connection of slip-critical type are currently not completed perfectly in steel structures at home and abroad and no reliable friction surface treatment methods have been established.There is no uniform standard for preload and tightening procedures of stainless steel high strength bolts which have restricted the further application of stainless steel bolted connections.In term of the situation,this paper conducted the tightening behavior tests and slip factor tests on high strength stainless steel bolting assemblies.The mechanical properties of stainless steel bolts including the martensitic stainless steel 10.9 high strength bolts and the austenitic stainless steel A4-70 and A4-80 bolts were measured.The surface treatment of the stainless steel plates adopted a special deep drawing process,which increased the surface roughness better.The slip factor of the stainless steel plates can reach the value of 0.37.During the test,the thread galling occurred in all tested bolts so the associated lubrication was used to solve the galling problems effectively.The test results shows that the torque coefficient k-factor of the high strength stainless steel bolts can achieve the range of 0.10~0.16 with the suitable lubrication.
