后视镜噪声试验研究

【摘要】 汽车在高速运行时,后视镜噪声在车体气动噪声中占据比例较大,因此,对后视镜噪声的设计与噪声研究尤其重要,本次试验在声学风洞中进行,对后视镜的噪声进行了的研究,为汽车后视镜的设计及噪声研究奠定了基础。本文用的硬件传感器主要是噪声源定位阵列,分析方法主要基于经典波束形成,对不同状态的频谱进行了对比耦合分析。研究表明,研究了后视镜噪声所在的频率范围,针对该频率范围内的后视镜噪声进行降噪处理,具有较好的工程应用前景,给未来汽车后视镜气动外形设计与低噪声设计提供了重要的试验数据依据。
【Abstract】 The noise of rear-view mirror occupies a large proportion in the aerodynamic noise of the car body when the car is running at high speed.Therefore,it is very important to design and study the noise of the rear-view mirror.This experiment is carried out in the acoustic wind tunnel,and the noise of the rearview mirror is studied,which lays a foundation for the design of the rearview mirror and the noise research.The hardware sensor used in this paper is mainly the noise source location array.The analysis method is mainly based on classical beam-forming,and the spectrum of different states is compared and analyzed.The research results show that the frequency range of the noise of the rearview mirror is studied,and the noise reduction of the rearview mirror in this frequency range has good engineering application prospects.It provides important experimental data for the aerodynamic shape design and low noise design of the future automobile rearview mirror.
