汽车行李架横杆截面修形与降噪研究

【摘要】 为研究汽车行李架横杆的气动特性,本文对三款常见的行李架横杆的绕流机理、气动阻力及风噪特性进行了数值模拟,应用正交试验设计,Kriging近似模型和NSGA-II算法,对流线型行李架的截面形状进行了优化设计,并基于涡街机制的思想探究降低对称型行李架横杆所产生气动噪声的被动控制方法。研究结果表明:流线型行李架能够有效降低噪声;优化后横杆所产生的气动阻力降低3.89%,声压级最大降幅高达3d B;在行李架横杆下表面合理地添加"鼓包"能够达到降低噪声的目的。

【Abstract】 In order to take a research on the aerodynamic characteristics of roof rack crossbars,the flow mechanism,aerodynamic drag and aerodynamic noise characteristics of three common roof rack crossbars are simulated in this paper.Orthogonal experimental design,Kriging approximation model and NSGA-II algorithm are used to optimize the shape of the streamlined roof rack crossbar cross section.And the passive control method to reduce aerodynamic noise which generated by the symmetrical roof rack crossbars are explored based on the vortex street mechanism.The research results show that the streamlined roof rack crossbar can reduce the noise effectively;the aerodynamic drag generated by the optimized crossbar is reduced by 3.89%,and the maximum reduction of the sound pressure level is up to 3 d B;The aerodynamic noise are reduced with the rational addition of "bulging" to the underside of the roof rack crossbar.
