X射线光电子能谱分析CaO-SiO2-FeO-MgO-CrOx渣系中Cr的价态
Determination of Chromium Valence State in CaO-SiO2-FeO-MgO-CrOx System by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy

【摘要】 本文采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了CaO-SiO2-FeO-MgO-CrOx五元渣系中铬的价态,发现Cr3+为Cr元素的主要赋存形式,Cr2+次之,仅有微量Cr6+在渣中存在。Cr2+含量随着碱度、Cr2O3含量和氧分压Log(PO2)的增加而减少,随温度的增加先增加后减少。Cr3+含量随碱度、Cr2O3含量和Log(PO2)的增加而增加,随温度的增加先减少后增加。低碱度、低Log(PO2)和较高的Cr2O3含量有利于减少含铬钢渣中有毒物质Cr6+的含量。
【Abstract】 The chromium valence states in CaO-SiO2-FeO-MgO-CrOx system was investigated by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS). The results indicated that Cr3+ is the main existing form of Cr, Cr2+ comes second, while only trace amount of Cr6+ in the slag. The Cr2+ content decreases with increasing slag basicity, Cr2O3 content or oxygen pressure Log(PO2). While with temperature increasing, the Cr2+ content increases first and then decreases. The Cr3+content increases with increasing basicity, Cr2O3 content or oxygen pressure. While with temperature increasing, the Cr3+ content decreases first and then increases. Low basicity, low Log(PO2) and high Cr2O3 content are benefit to reduce the toxic Cr6+.
