【摘要】 发展以高安全性能、高使用性能、高施工性能、高环保性能、高维护性能、高耐久性能等为特征的高性能结构工程是我国未来结构工程发展的核心战略,也是实现我国结构工程可持续发展的必由之路。文中分析我国结构工程面临的严峻挑战,提出以高性能结构工程为核心理念的发展战略,具体讨论制约我国高性能结构工程发展的一些主要问题,并从工程建造体系和科技研发体系两个方面提出实现高性能结构工程战略目标的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing the high-performance structural engineering that is characterized by excellent performance in safety,serviceability,workability,environmental protection,maintainability,and durability etc.is the core strategy for the future development of structural engineering in China,and is also an inevitable course for realizing the goal of sustainable development in structural engineering.This paper analyzes the severe challenges of structural engideering in China,and puts forward the development strategy with the core concept of highperformance structural engineering.Some key issues restricting the development of high-performance structural engineering in China are also discussed.Finally,several suggestions for achieving the strategic objective of high-performance structural engineering are recommended from the aspects of both the engineering construction system and the scientific research system.更多还原
