拼装式盾构隧道增强结构及其力学特性研究

【摘要】 现今隧道病害对盾构隧道衬砌的安全性耐久度和智能化提出了新的挑战。提出了一种新型的主动加固隧道的拼装式增强结构,介绍了其功能和实现步骤。采用数值模拟的方法评价了不同形式增强结构的效果。探究了通过施加增强结构实现减薄衬砌的可能性,得到了不同厚度的衬砌在埋深增加时的变化规律,提出了可以通过监测特定杆件的轴力值推测衬砌的内力与变形。得出了使得增强结构最优的预应力施加方案,研究了预应力增加对衬砌内力变形的影响,结果表明应当限制预应力最大值以防开孔处混凝土发生受压破坏。
【Abstract】 Today tunnel damage provides new challenges to the safety and durability as well as intelligent of the shield lining.A new kind of assembled and active reinforced structure for shield lining was proposed,functions and implementation steps of the structure were introduced.The effects of different forms of reinforced structures were evaluated by numerical simulation.The possibility of reducing the thickness of the lining by applying enhanced structure was explored.Change rules of lining of different thickness in depth increases were obtained.It was found that internal force and deformation of the lining can be deduced by monitoring the axial force of the rod in the reinforced structure.The optimal prestress scheme of the reinforced structure is obtained.The influence of increase in prestress on internal force and deformation of the lining is studied.The results show that the maximum prestress should be limited in case the concrete in the open hole is damaged by compression.
