环向连接螺栓耐久性损伤下盾构隧道衬砌结构力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 针对运营地铁盾构隧道环向连接螺栓耐久性损伤问题,开展了周边卸载工况下环向连接螺栓锈蚀盾构隧道衬砌结构力学性能的足尺试验研究,并与已开展的环向连接螺栓完好的整环结构足尺试验结果进行对比,得出如下结论:结构受力过程分为三个阶段,分别为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和塑性阶段;弹性阶段中,环向连接螺栓锈蚀对于结构的受力性能基本没有影响,但会使结构弹性极限点提前;弹塑性阶段中,环向螺栓锈蚀导致结构整体刚度降低;环向螺栓锈蚀导致结构极限承载力降低。

【Abstract】 For the durability problem of longitudinal joint bolts of shield tunnel lining structure in metro operations,a full-scale test is conducted on the mechanical capacity of the shield tunnel lining structure with longitudinal joint boltscorrodedunder side-unloading conditions.With comparison to the results of full-scale test of the overall structure with bolts in good condition,we can draw the following conclusions:the full mechanical process of the structure can be divided into three stages:the elastic stage,the elastic-plastic stage and the plastic stage.In elastic stage,the corrosion of the longitudinal joint bolts has no influence on the mechanical property of the structure,but it advances the elastic limit point In elastic-plastic stage,with the corrosion of the longitudinal joint bolts,the overall structural stiffness decreases.In plastic stage,the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure decreases due to the corrosion of the longitudinal joint bolts.
