黄尾鯝的胚胎发育

【摘要】 以人工繁殖获得的黄尾鯝受精卵为材料,运用Olympus倒置荧光显微镜对黄尾鯝胚胎发育过程进行连续观察。结果显示,成熟黄尾鯝卵的卵径为1.1±0.04 mm,吸收膨胀后卵膜径为1.5±0.08 mm。在水温25.0℃±0.5℃条件下,黄尾鯝受精卵历时26小时35分孵化出膜,出膜仔鱼全长4.6mm±0.12mm。从受精到孵化出膜的总积温为763.35℃·h。根据胚胎发育过程形态特征,将黄尾鯝胚胎发育过程分为受精卵、卵裂、囊胚、原肠、神经胚、器官发生和出膜7个阶段36个发育时期。
【Abstract】 To study the embryonic development characteristics of Xenocypris davidi Bleeker, fertilized eggs were obtained by artificial fertilization. The course of embryonic development was observed consecutively under Olympus microscope. The results showed that the diameter of the fertilized egg was 1.1± 0.04 mm and the egg membrane expanded to 1.5± 0.08 mm after the water absorption. The larvae will be hatched for 26 h 35 min after fertilization at water temperature of 25.0 ℃±0.5 ℃. The accumulative temperature reached 763.35℃·h. The process of embryonic development could be divided into 7 stages, including fertilized egg stage, cell division stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, neumla stage, organ formation stage and hatching stage. And the 7 stages could be divided into thirty six developing phases, whose characteristics were described in detail.
