陈氏刺棘虫形态重新描述
Redescription of Acanthosentis cheni Chen, 1973(Acanthocephala: Quadrigyridae)

【摘要】 陈氏刺棘虫的主要寄生部位是幽门盲囊,也有少量寄生在肠道。陈氏刺棘虫感染率和平均丰度在崇明岛最高,分别为35.80%和1.70±4.91,鄂州江段的最低,分别为5.90%和0.06±0.24。海水和淡水生境中的陈氏刺棘虫的描述性形态特征完全一样,如体表前端至中部被有细密体棘,体后部无棘;吻钩3圈,每圈6个,每个吻钩具有基部,第一、二圈吻钩基本等大,第三圈吻钩较小;吻腺两条,圆柱状,一长一短;两个椭圆形睾丸,前后排列;粘液腺圆筒形,紧贴后睾丸,两条囊状输精管紧贴于粘液腺一侧。
【Abstract】 Acanthosentis cheni was mainly found in the pyloric caecum and small amount of these parasites was in the intestine. The prevalence and mean abundance was highest in Chongming Island, 35.80% and 1.70±4.91 respectively, lowest in Ezhou, 5.90% and 0.06±0.24 respectively. The morphological characters of A. cheni are exactly the same in the seawater and freshwater, they both have 14-21 circles of trunk spines; Proboscis hooks in 3 circles with 6 hooks in each, every hooks have roots, hooks in the first and second circles are equal, the third circle smaller; Two leminisci cylindrical, cylindrical shape, one longer and one shorter; two Oval testis, in front and back order; syncytial cement gland Cylindrical shape, Cling to the posterior testis, two Vas efferens closely attached to the syncytial cement gland.
