淇河鲫不同家系生长性能的比较

【摘要】 为选育优良的淇河鲫家系,本实验以4个鲤群体和1个淇河鲫(Carassius auratus in Qihe river)群体为亲本共建立家系19个。6月龄时从各家系随机选取50尾个体植入PIT标记,22月龄时测量其体长、体高与体质量,比较各个家系的养殖成活率、生长性状、变异系数及体型。共筛选出3个养殖成活率较高的家系、2个快速生长家系和2个体型较高的家系,研究显示无论是异精雌核发育家系还是淇河鲫群体内建立的家系,其后代的养殖成活率、生长速度和体型均与具体父母本性状密切相关,但是其变异系数在同源精子和异源精子建立的家系之间差别较大,这为淇河鲫新品种选育提供了一定的理论和实践依据。
【Abstract】 For breeding superior Carassiu sauratus in Qihe river families, nineteen families were established based on 4 Cyprinus carpio populations and 1 Carassiu sauratus in Qihe river population. Six months after hatching, 50 individuals were randomly selected from each family to be implanted PIT marker. Twenty-two months after hatching, body length, body height and body weight was measured and analyzed by SPSS software. We screened 3 families with higher breed survival rate, 2 families with fast growth rate and 2 families with higher bodily form from 19 families in the end. The result revealed that the above three traits were decided by sire and dam, not only sire or dam. But the variable coefficient was closely related to sire. This research provided some theoretical and practical reference for breeding new species for Carassiu sauratus in Qihe river.
