珠江口夏秋季大型底栖动物群落结构及其与环境因子相关性

【摘要】 本研究基于2015年6月和9月珠江八个出海口大型底栖动物数据对珠江口大型底栖动物群落结构特征及与环境因子之间的相互关系进行研究;2次调查共鉴定大型底栖生物34种,其中多毛类最多14种,其次为节肢动物13种,软体动物7种。用物种等级分析(Rank abundance analysis)表明:日本大螯蜚、寡鳃齿吻沙蚕和彩虹明樱蛤是6月珠江口优势种;彩虹明樱蛤、寡鳃齿吻沙蚕、单叶沙蚕和中华拟亮钩虾是9月珠江口秋季优势种。6月珠江口大型底栖动物丰度范围在160—1192 ind/m~2之间,生物量范围在0.146—28.96 g/m~2之间;9月珠江口大型底栖动物丰度范围在16—1048 ind/m~2之间,生物量范围在0.0008—42.5g/m~2之间。6月和9月珠江口大型底栖动物香浓威纳指数值范围分别在1.01—1.91之间和0.21—1.98之间。相似性分析(ANOSIM)表明,6月和9月大型底栖动物群落结构差异不显著(R=0.012,P=0.405)对珠江口大型底栖动物群落进行聚类和多维度排序,6月珠江口大型底栖动物划分为2个群组;9月划分为3个群组。生物-环境(BIOENV)分析,6月珠江口大型底栖动物群落与沉积物总氮、总磷和粒径中值显著相关(相关系数=0.2354),9月珠江口大型底栖动物与总氮显著相关(相关系数=0.4733)。

【Abstract】 The present study, based on two surveys in June and September 2015, focused on the spatial and temporal distribution of the macrobenthic community from the Pearl River Estuary, in order to determine the structure of macrobenthos in the research areas and its relationships with environmental conditions. A total of 34 macrobenthic species were collected from two surveys. The main taxonomic groups identified were polychaeta(14 taxa), Crustacea(13 taxa) and Mollusca(7). Rank abundance analysis shows five species identified occurred at frequencies higher than 20% in June and Sepember: Grandidierella japonica, Nephtys oligobranchia, Moerella Iribescens, Namalycastis aibiuma and Paraphotis sinensis. The values of abundance and biomass varied from 160 to 1192 ind/m~2 and from 0.146 to 28.96 g/m~2 in June, respectively. The values of abundance and biomass ranged from 16 to 1048 ind/m~2 and from 0.0008 to 42.5 g/m~2 in September, respectively. The values of Shannon-Wiener index(H’) range from1.01 to 1.91, and from 0.21 to1.98 in in June and September 2015, respectively.Analysis of similarity(ANOSIM) indicated that macrobenthos community structures between two seasons were not significantly different(R=0.012,P=0.405). Cluster analysis revealed two and three groups of macrobenthosassemblages in June and September 2015 based on the strongest rankingsof the dendrogram(more than 40% similarity). BIOENV showed that total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and sediment median grain size content were the key environmental parameters may influence the distributon of macrobenthic fauna in June and September 2011.
