中国近海星康吉鳗(Conger myriaster)繁殖生物学特性的初步研究

【摘要】 2016年10月、2017年1月在山东半岛南部海域进行了底拖网调查,2017年2~4月在东黄海进行了逐月采样调查,共获得星康吉鳗(Conger myriaster)样品554尾。本文对该样品的繁殖生物学特征进行了分析研究。对其中255尾进行了耳石年龄鉴定,结果表明,该群体年龄组成为1~6龄,其中1-2龄个体主要分布在山东半岛近岸海域,3龄及以上个体多分布在离岸较远的深水海域;通过性腺组织切片观察,对春季采集的99尾星康吉鳗样品进行了性别鉴定以及性腺发育等级划分,结果表明:星康吉鳗雌雄性比为96:3,性成熟的雌雄个体存在分群现象;雌性个体性腺发育期为Ⅰ~Ⅲ期,3尾雄性个体性腺发育期为Ⅲ期,性成熟的雌雄个体年龄均为3龄以上。2017年2月~4月,星康吉鳗平均性腺发育指数GSI随时间的推迟不断增大,但每月采集样本的性腺最高发育阶段均为Ⅲ期,表明星康吉鳗性腺发育过程缓慢。黄海南部个体性腺发育期为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期初级阶段(初级卵黄球阶段),东海个体的性腺发育阶段均为Ⅲ期中期(次级卵黄球阶段),表明随着性腺发育程度的不断增加,星康吉鳗由沿岸海域向东海东南方向深水区迁移。本次调查未采集到性腺发育程度更高的个体,表明中国近海星康吉鳗的产卵场还有待于进一步的调查研究。
【Abstract】 The biological characteristics of Conger myriaster were studied on the basis of samples collected in the central water of Yellow Sea in October 2016 and January 2017 and in the Yellow and East China Seas from February to April 2017. A total of 554 specimens were collected with ages ranging from 1+ to 6+ years. The individuals of 1+ to 2+ years old distributed in the coastal water of China Sea, and the elders preferred deeper waters. Sex and gonad developmental stage of 99 specimens collected in spring were determined with tissue structures. The sex ratio of the samples was 96:3(female: male) in whole survey area. It is suggesting the males and females are not mixed in the initial maturing stage. The development of ovary ranged from stageⅠ to Ⅲ, and the testis of males was at stage Ⅲ. The mean GSI value of C. mayriaster increased with time, but the highest gonads development stage still at stage Ⅲ. It is suggested that the growth of gonads of C. myriaster is slow. The gonads somatic index(GSI) increased with gonads development stage, wherein the fish begin migrating from coastal water towards southern and deeper waters. Individuals with more developed gonads were not captured in the survey area, indicted further studies should be conducted in distribution of spawning grounds of C. myriaster distribute in China seas.
