鱼菜共生系统的构建及关键参数优化
The construction of Aquaponics system and optimization of its key parameters

【摘要】 为了构建新的鱼菜共生系统,并对其关键参数进行优化,本实验采用水质国标检测方法从对比分析不同种植床水流方式(潮汐式、溢流式)、不同种植床基质(珊瑚石、细沙)以及不同循环水体流速(0L/h、150L/h、300L/h、450L/h、600L/h)下,系统对水体氮磷元素(NH4+-N,PO43--P,NO2--N)的处理效果。结果显示:(1)种植床水流方式为潮汐式,相比溢流式,系统对水体中氨态氮、亚硝态氮处理效果更优,溢流式系统对水体中磷酸态磷处理效果更优,但两者相差不大;(2)种植床基质为珊瑚石,相比较细沙,系统对水体中氨态氮、亚硝态氮处理效果更优,细沙系统对水体中磷酸态磷处理效果更优;(3)系统循环水体流速为450L/h,系统对水体中氨态氮、亚硝态氮处理效果更优,流速为600L/h系统对水体中磷酸态磷处理效果更优。
【Abstract】 In order to construct a new aquaponics system and optimize its key parameters, experiment used methods of national water quality detection and comparative experiments to analysis treatment effects of nitrogen and phosphorus(NH4+-N, PO43--P, NO2--N) in water by system in different flowing patterns(tidal type, overflow type) of water, different stroma(coral stone, fine sand) of growing bed, different flowing rate(0 L/h, 150 L/h, 300 L/h, 450 L/h, 600 L/h) of circulating water. Results show:(1) compared with overflow type, tidal type has better effect on NH+-4-N and NO2-N in the water, but overflow type has better effect on PO43--P in water, but the difference is not big;(2) compared with the fine sand, the coral stone has better effect on the treatment of NH4+-N and NO2--N in the water, and the fine sand is better for the treatment of PO43--P in the water;(3) the speed of water flowing is 450 L/h, the system has better treatment effect on NH4+--N and NO2-N in the water. The flowing rate is 600 L/h, the system has better effect on the treatment of PO43--P in water.
