枯草芽孢杆菌WB600对不同浓度铅暴露鲫鱼免疫能力的影响

【摘要】 为研究枯草芽孢杆菌(WB600)对不同浓度铅暴露下鲫鱼免疫能力的影响,将144尾大小相同鲫鱼随机分为8组,每组3个重复,分别为空白对照组Ⅰ;益生菌对照组Ⅱ;铅暴露组Ⅲ(0.05mg/L);铅暴露组Ⅳ(0.5mg/L);铅暴露组Ⅴ(1mg/L);益生菌治疗组Ⅵ(0.05mg/L+WB600);益生菌治疗组Ⅶ(0.5mg/L+WB600);益生菌治疗组Ⅷ(1mg/L+WB600);60天后检测其血清中免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)含量及溶菌酶(LZM)活性。结果显示,组Ⅱ中Ig M含量显著高于组Ⅰ(P<0.05);组Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ中IgM含量显著高于组Ⅰ(P<0.05),但显著低于组Ⅱ(P<0.05);组Ⅵ、Ⅶ中Ig M含量分别略低于组Ⅲ、Ⅳ,差异不显著(P>0.05);组Ⅷ中Ig M含量显著高于组Ⅴ(P<0.05);除组Ⅳ中LZM水平与组Ⅰ相比显著降低(P<0.05),其余各组LZM水平观察到与Ig M类似的变化趋势。由此可见,长时间不同浓度的微量铅暴露后,鲫鱼可通过自身免疫应答提高机体内Ig M及LZM水平,而通过饲喂WB600更能有效的提高机体内Ig M及LZM的水平,从而提高免疫力。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis(WB600) on the immunity of crucian carp under different concentrations of lead exposure,The same size of 144 carp were randomly divided into 8 groups, each group of three repeated, as the blank control group Ⅰ;Probiotics control group Ⅱ;Lead exposure group Ⅲ(0.05 mg/L);Lead exposure group Ⅳ(0.5 mg/L);Lead exposure groupⅤ(1 mg/L);Probiotics treatment group Ⅵ(0.05 mg/L + WB600);Probiotics treatment group Ⅶ(0.5 mg/L + WB600);Probiotics treatment group Ⅷ(1 mg/L + WB600);The levels of immunoglobulin M(Ig M) and lysozyme(LZM) In the serum were measured after 60 days.The results showed that the level of IgM in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P <0.05);The levels of Ig M in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ(P <0.05), but significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ(P <0.05);The levels of Ig M in group Ⅵ and Ⅶ were significantly lower than those in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ respectively(P> 0.05);The level of Ig M in group Ⅷ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅴ(P <0.05);The level of LZM in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P <0.05), and the similarity trend of Ig Z was observed in the other groups.It can be seen, a long time after the exposure of different concentrations of trace lead, crucian carp through the autoimmune response to improve the body of Ig M and LZM levels,and by feeding WB600 can more effectively improve the body’s Ig M and LZM levels, thereby enhancing the immune system.
