基于损伤的单层球面网壳结构地震剩余承载力评估与优化研究

【摘要】 为准确模拟地震作用下杆件损伤对单层球面网壳结构剩余稳定承载力的影响程度,基于"拟壳法"的思想,本文推导了在杆件损伤程度最大的薄弱网格区域处K8型单层球面网壳结构剩余承载力退化公式,建立了基于损伤的单层球面网壳结构地震剩余承载力评估模型,并以跨度80m的K8型单层球面网壳结构为例,开展了不同强度等级地震作用下单层球面网壳结构的地震剩余承载力评估与优化研究。研究表明:地震作用下单层球面网壳结构的剩余承载力由损伤程度最大的薄弱网格区域控制,基于损伤的单层球面网壳结构评估模型能准确评估薄弱网格区域处杆件损伤对网壳结构地震剩余承载力的影响程度;应用该评估模型对网壳结构进行损伤优化,可明显提高结构的地震剩余承载力。

【Abstract】 In order to accurately simulate the influence of member damage on residual stable bearing capacity of the single-layer reticulated dome under earthquake, in this paper the residual bearing capacity degradation formula at weakest grid area with the greatest member damage of K8 single-layer spherical reticulated dome is derived based on the theory of continuous thin dome. And the global damage assessment model is proposed. A damage-based assessment model for seismic residual bearing capacity of single-layer spherical reticulated dome is established. A numerical example of 80 m-span Kiewitt-8 dome is analyzed to assess and optimize the residual bearing capacity under earthquakes with different intensity levels. Results indicate that the seismic residual bearing capacity of single-layer spherical reticulated dome is controlled by the greatest damage grid area. The proposed assessment model can accurately assess the effect of greatest damage grid area on dome residual bearing capacity. The seismic residual bearing capacity can be significantly improved through damage optimization using the proposed dome assessment model.
